an international direct cargo flight has been launched between hefei, capital of east china's anhui province and vietnam's hanoi, the anhui civil airport group co. has said.
the flight, operated on a boeing 737 cargo aircraft by longhao aviation group, makes three round trips every week. it has a carrying capacity of 15 tonnes.
the launch of the flight will boost the transport efficiency between china's inland provinces and densely-populated regions in southeast asia, according to the airport group.
hefei also launched a regular direct cargo flight to chicago on sept 21.
