on october 22, the 23rd anhui provincial photography art exhibition, co-hosted by the anhui provincial federation of literary and art circles and the anhui photography association, officially opened at the b hall of the hechai 1972 art museum. the photography work "anhui on the railway tracks" from anhui new media group was selected for this exhibition. 
the anhui provincial photography art exhibition is the largest, most influential, and most widely participated exhibition in the province, showcasing the highest professional standards. held every two years, it has successfully completed 22 sessions. since its launch, this year's exhibition has garnered extensive attention from the photography community, receiving over 23,000 submissions from nearly 2,000 authors. after selection, a total of 291 works were exhibited. the pieces capture the natural landscapes, cultural scenery, and social changes of the jianghuai region through unique perspectives and expressive visual language, reflecting the living conditions and spirit of the people of jianghuai, as well as the insights and reflections of anhui photographers in their creative practices. 
this exhibition serves as a practical initiative for the anhui photography community to benchmark, learn, and practice, while also providing a comprehensive review of the achievements from their deep engagement with life and roots in the community in recent years. the exhibition will run from today until october 31. all photography professionals, enthusiasts, and members of the public are warmly invited to attend.
