in the first three quarters of this year, anhui province's total value of goods trade imports and exports reached 628.27 billion rmb, an increase of 6.3% year-on-year, which is one percentage point higher than the national average. among these, exports were 419.85 billion rmb, up by 8.5% year-on-year; imports were 208.42 billion rmb, up by 2.2% year-on-year. since the beginning of this year, our province's foreign trade structure has continued to optimize, and the growth of goods imports and exports has been stable. in the first three quarters, anhui province's total value of imports and exports exceeded 600 billion rmb for the first time, ranking first in central china, second in central and western china, and ninth nationwide. the structure of export products has continued to optimize, with strong growth in automobile exports. in the first three quarters, anhui province's exports of electromechanical products reached 295.13 billion rmb, accounting for 70.3% of the total export value. among these, 681,100 vehicles were exported, ranking first in the country; notebook computers and household appliances were exported at 31.69 billion rmb and 25.95 billion rmb respectively. in terms of imports, the volume of bulk commodity imports has steadily increased, and the import of electromechanical products has maintained growth. in the first three quarters, anhui province's bulk commodity imports amounted to 80.37 billion rmb, accounting for 38.6% of the total import value. imports of electromechanical products were 73.85 billion rmb. data indicates that anhui province has maintained growth in imports and exports with its major trading partners. in the first three quarters, trade with the top three trading partners—the european union, asean, and the united states—reached 84.65 billion rmb, 72.08 billion rmb, and 71.32 billion rmb respectively.
