on october 9th, the press conference for the 2024 yangtze river delta automobile (rv) rally was held in hefei. this event is set to take place in three locations: wuhu, huaibei, and anqing. using the rally as a medium, the event will be a combination of sports, tourism and culture, and will feature the landscapes, ancient town customs, and delicious food of huizhou. it will form a unique anhui style race route. this year's event will kick off on october 24th in wuhu, with the huaibei and anqing stages scheduled for november 15th and november 22nd, respectively. after nearly three years of development, this event has become the largest, most participated in, and most influential automobile rally in our province. the rally does not close public roads or aim for speed competition. instead, it includes a comprehensive system of exhibitions, tours, entertainment, shopping activities, and local cultural performances. it strives to establish a new model for the development of "sports industry" and "sports cultural tourism," playing a significant role in promoting the integrated development of the yangtze river delta's automotive sports industry and highlighting anhui's importance in this process. provincial sports administrative departments at all levels are accelerating the construction of a strong sports province, ushering the development of sports into a new stage. the 2024 yangtze river delta automobile (rv) rally sets sail once again, leveraging high-level events to boost integrated development.
