the campers visit jinzhai county revolutionary museum from 9 to 11 july, the 17th shanghai international youth interactive friendship camp was successfully held in jinzhai, anhui province. nearly 70 high school students from 11 countries, including australia, bolivia, hungary, italy, japan, south korea, nepal, new zealand, san marino, the united states and china, arrived in jinzhai, an old revolutionary base area, by high-speed railway from shanghai. in just three days, the campers visitedthe jinzhai county revolutionary museum and learntabouthistory of the chinese revolution. through field research, they explored the path to prosperity of dawan village, a "national model for poverty alleviation". the campers also put on aprons and straw hats to learn about anhui tea culture in an immersive experience of tea picking, frying and tasting. at the same time, they hiked to tiantangzhai, "the last primitive forest in east china", to watch the waterfalls and clouds, and experience the beautiful ecological environment of the region. 
the campers put on aprons and straw hats to learn about anhui tea culture in an immersive experience of tea picking, frying and tasting. “the 17th shanghai international youth interactive friendship camp in anhui”is organised by shanghai people's association for friendship with foreign countries, anhui people's association for friendship with foreign countries and shanghai youth federation. it was hosted by shanghai municipal youth activity centre and co-organised by the municipalgovernment of lu'an city and relevant departments of jinzhai county. the event vividly told the chinese stories related to anhui through cultural sharing and field experience. through friendly communicationamong international youth, it further promoted the exchange ofchinese and foreign civilisations. the activityis not only a vivid practice to implement the promotion of the integrated development of the yangtze river delta, but also an important initiative to promote the integration of friendship and collaboration in the region.
