based on the foundation of household contracting management, cultivating new agricultural entities engaged in production and services is a major strategy related to the modernization of agriculture in our country. in recent years, anhui province has focused on nurturing and expanding new agricultural entities, with the overall scale of family farms and farmer cooperatives ranking among the top in the nation. currently, the number of family farms in the province has exceeded 320,000, ranking first nationwide, while farmer cooperatives are stable at 115,000, ranking fourth in the country. last year, among the typical cases of family farms and farmer cooperatives announced by the ministry of agriculture and rural affairs, four from our province were selected. our province has established a relatively comprehensive policy system, taking the lead in issuing a series of policy documents to promote the development of family farms and farmer cooperatives. in cultivating new farmers, our province has innovatively established the country's first provincial-level new farmers association, with over 400 initial members. ten cities have already set up municipal-level new farmers associations, creating platforms and stages to serve rural revitalization for new agricultural entities. relevant departments have continuously organized "new farmers afternoon tea" events, holding ten specialized sessions on topics such as tea and anhui white geese. these events provide opportunities to face-to-face understand the difficulties new farmers encounter in their development, sincerely addressing their questions and challenges, and offering support to new agricultural entities. to continuously improve the agricultural management system and promote cooperative farming among farmers, our province will adhere to promoting norms through systems and enhancing standardization through digital means. we will promote the use of family farm apps such as "one code for all" and "handy notes"; recommend financial and accounting management software for farmer cooperatives; rely on the national enterprise credit information publicity system to regularly analyze and assess the operational status of farmer cooperatives, eliminate "shell cooperatives," and promote standardized operations and healthy development of family farms and farmer cooperatives. in terms of quality enhancement, our province will prioritize quality and focus on efficiency, implementing actions to improve the quality of new agricultural entities. we will strengthen guidance and support services, build connection platforms, select outstanding examples, enhance demonstration effects, promote collaboration and cooperation, and optimize the supply of public services, driving the high-quality and efficient development of new agricultural entities.
