at 9 am on january 12, the first session of the 13th anhui provincial committee of the chinese people's political consultative conference (cppcc) opened at the anhui grand theater. zheng shanjie, secretary of anhui provincial committee of the communist party of china (cpc) and chairman of the standing committee of the anhui provincial people's congress, and wang qingxian, deputy secretary of the cpc anhui provincial committee and governor of people's government of anhui province, were present at the session extending congratulations; tang liangzhi delivered the work report on behalf of the standing committee of the 12th anhui provincial committee of the cppcc; li heping delivered a report on the work of the proposals on behalf of the standing committee of the 12th anhui provincial committee of the cppcc; sun yunfei presided over the opening meeting.
