in linhuan, tea houses are not only places to drink tea but also serve the function of folk mediation. relying on the customs of the tea house, linhuan town has refined the "a cup of tea" mediation method with tea as the medium and integrating tea into the governance of the town. to date, more than 1,600 various disputes have been mediated, with a conflict resolution rate of 95% and a satisfaction rate of 100%.
