the global quality survey campaign of 2023 ended the year on a high note in north america. heli's regional sales managers and after-sales service engineers visited local dealers in canada and mexico to conduct after-sales service and quality survey activities for about three weeks. in canada, we carried out training on lithium ion batteries and chargers for local dealers and answered their questions on the spot, committing to improve the dealers' product service capability. at the same time, we collected and organized the end-users' requests put forward by the dealers and responded to them positively. as a result, our trip to canada was highly praised by our dealers.
